Encrypted Transmission: All data transmitted to and from Paystub Pilot is encrypted using HTTPS with TLS (Transport Layer Security). This means your information is protected from interception while in transit.

No Persistent Storage: We do not store your personal or financial information unless you explicitly choose to create an account for our subscription products. Pay stub data used to generate a single PDF is processed and then discarded. Your form inputs are never sold, shared with third parties, or used for marketing purposes.

Account Data: If you create an account for our monthly or annual subscription, your data is stored securely with encryption at rest and is only used to manage your subscription and pay stub history.

Stripe Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe, an industry-leading payment processor trusted by Amazon, Shopify, and thousands of other businesses. Stripe is certified as PCI-DSS Level 1, the highest standard for payment security.

We Never See Your Card: When you pay for a pay stub, your credit card information goes directly to Stripe's secure servers. Paystub Pilot never receives, stores, or has access to your full credit card number, expiration date, or CVV. We only receive confirmation that your payment was successful.

Multiple Payment Methods: Stripe accepts credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay — giving you flexibility in how you pay while maintaining the same level of security.

No Data Selling: We will never sell, lease, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing, advertising, or any other commercial purpose. Period.

Minimal Data Collection:We only collect information necessary to generate your pay stub and process your payment. We don't ask for information we don't need.

No Tracking or Analytics: We do not use tracking pixels, analytics that profile user behavior, or cookies for advertising purposes. Our only use of analytics is aggregate, anonymized data to understand how many people use the service and where performance issues might exist.

Secure Hosting: Paystub Pilot is hosted on industry-standard cloud infrastructure with automated backups, redundancy, and disaster recovery. Our infrastructure is designed for availability and security.

Access Controls: Only essential personnel have access to systems that handle user data, and all access is logged and monitored. We follow the principle of least privilege — people only have access to what they need to do their jobs.

Regular Security Updates: We keep all software dependencies, libraries, and frameworks up to date with the latest security patches. Our codebase is regularly reviewed for vulnerabilities.
