Is there a free trial?

Yes. You can generate a full watermarked preview of any pay stub for free — tax calculations, YTD totals, and all — before paying. You only pay ($2.49 per stub, or subscribe for unlimited) when you want the clean, watermark-free PDF.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. Monthly and annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees.

Do you offer refunds?

Payments are non-refundable once a PDF has been generated — generated pay stubs are digital goods that are delivered immediately on purchase. Before you pay, you can always use our free watermarked preview to verify every calculation. If a technical error prevents PDF generation or produces a materially incorrect stub, contact support with your order number and we'll re-generate or refund at our discretion. Which plan should I choose?

If you only need a handful of stubs per year, pay-per-stub at $2.49 is cheapest. The monthly subscription ($14.99) pays for itself at roughly 6 stubs per month — handy if you run a small business or generate stubs regularly. The annual plan ($149.99/year) is the best value for steady users: it works out to about $12.50/month and saves around $30 versus paying monthly.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), plus Apple Pay and Google Pay via Stripe. We don't store your card details — payments are processed and tokenised by Stripe.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. $2.49 per stub is final — no per-state surcharge, no "professional template" upsell, no processing fee. Subscription prices include unlimited stubs, saved employee profiles, dashboard history, and batch ZIP downloads.
