- Can I try it before paying?
- There's no trial period, but every pay stub and year-end form previews free: the full watermarked PDF, tax lines and YTD totals included. You only pay ($2.49 per stub, $4.99 per form, or subscribe for unlimited) when you want the clean, watermark-free PDF.
- How much are W-2, 1099-NEC, T4 and T4A forms?
- $4.99 per form for employee or recipient copies of Form W-2, 1099-NEC, T4 and T4A, for tax year 2025 or 2026. Both subscriptions include them at no extra charge. The preview is free and watermarked, the same as a stub.
- Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
- Yes. Monthly and annual subscriptions can be canceled at any time from your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Payments are non-refundable once a PDF has been generated: generated pay stubs are digital goods that are delivered immediately on purchase. Before you pay, you can always use our free watermarked preview to verify every calculation. If a technical error prevents PDF generation or produces a materially incorrect stub, contact support with your Stub # (on the receipt and the PDF) and we'll re-generate or refund at our discretion. - Which plan should I choose?
- If you only need a handful of stubs per year, pay-per-stub at $2.49 is cheapest. The monthly subscription ($14.99) pays for itself at 7 stubs per month, handy if you run a small business or generate stubs regularly. The annual plan ($149.99/year) works out to $12.49/month and saves $29.89 versus paying monthly. Year-end forms tip the math too: at $4.99 each, 4 W-2s or T4s cost more than a month of the subscription, which includes them.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), plus Apple Pay and Google Pay via Stripe. We don't store your card details. Payments are processed and tokenized by Stripe.
- Are there any hidden fees?
- No. $2.49 per stub and $4.99 per year-end form are final: no per-state surcharge, no template upsell, no processing fee. Subscription prices include unlimited stubs and forms, saved employee profiles, dashboard history, year-end summaries, and batch ZIP downloads.
